The room with a bath tub was enjoyable, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast offered a variety of jams and Malaysian dishes for people to try something new for an extra charge.

Clean.
1. Wifi is very slow. 2. Air cond is not cold enough even set to the 'high' mode. 3. Too many deposit transaction on credit card when performed on line booking. 1 before check in. 2 on check in for 2 rooms. 1 when checking out. All these trasaction tie up the credit availability for a week. Did not have this when book for other hotels. 4. Not much varieties for buffet breakfast. 5. Iron and iron board in very bad condition. Borrowed from another room and the iron is also in b bad condition. The iron board is not stable. Hotel maintenance needs to check on this.

Well-appointed rooms with all the essentials and separate work table, as example, felt like home.

Our stay was really really nice, greatly enjoyed satisfactory breakfasts.
Everything was very good and rooms were newly remodelled and good-sized. Booked a room with separate work table. It had an electric kettle and a fridge. The personnel was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The amnities provided are the best with so many things given out as complimentary...a generous act indeed! And the room is spacious
Loud music from a nearby bar in the lobby at midnight disturbs our check in process as we had to speak (more like shouting) to be heard

The honesty of the personel that cleaned the room daily.
I had told the staff of water behind the toilet but nothing was done for the full week I was there.

Got two complementary drinks but overall the hotel is not up to satisfactory standards. the location is key and close to shopping complexes. the pool area is nice to hang out by and enjoy the view.
The rooms were not properly cleaned and there were cockroaches in the bathroom and fridge. the service was terrible and staff were unprofessional.

The hotel is part of a shopping mall next door so food was not a problem including some bargain shopping
Hotel is a bit dated. We booked and requested for a non-smoking room but was not available due to an event in the hotel. The room we got smelled of stale tobacco. There was no hot water for the shower and basin. As it was the weekend, the bar downstairs was loud even until 2am and we were on the 10th floor.

Stayed there because of the location (since Pyramid and Empire were fully booked).
Front desk service was a let down from the start. Couldn't find my booking first, then failed to inform me correctly the guidelines for the "Free-Parking". Offered absolutely no help or assistance, even argued and blame us (their customers) for not having paid attention when we enter carpark. Gathered around in a group of 3-4, but no one was mildly keen in providing any solutions! Worst customer service i have ever come across ( I am a seasoned traveller, 3-4 trips/mth, so this says a lot). Breakfast at the lounge was poor, selection limited.
